I have a friend who's baby girl is 19 mo. and still can't walk. She will walk around the coffee table holding on but will sit down if tried to encourage to walk on her own. She is over weight. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

I'd have her evaluated for developmental delay. She may need a little help to get her on track.
