My three year old daughter was recently diagnosed with a viral rash nicknamed "little worts." My physician said that there is nothing to do but wait it out. However, the skin around her armpit is irritated, itchy, and at times painful. I have tried anti-itch cremes and even neosporin when the chaffed skin was practically bleeding. Do you have any suggestions for helping her? Or for a product that will help and not burn?

Hi,
You can try Aquaphor or hydrocortisone cream. If these don't work then try Boudreaux's which you can get on this web site. If none of these work then you'll need a prescription medicine.
