my son does not complain about tummy pains untill the evening hours and they are in the middle he says (so not on the sides). eats and drinks fine. but in the evening says his belly hurts and will vomit. no diareah. this has been going on for a couple of days. does this sound like a virus?? Help!!

(i too had belly pain and went to the er which they said it was eaither a virus or colitus and gave me a script for falgyl(sp) i didnt have the vomiting or really the diareah but i had some discolored irregular BMs)
